After facing significant challenges earlier this year following a disruptive smash-and-grab at our historic London Court shopfront, our tight-knit team poured their hearts into what we do best: taking care of our wonderful community.

This award means the world to us because it was driven by you—our incredible customers who took the time to nominate us. Walking away with this title after a beautiful evening of celebrating Perth’s finest local businesses was an unforgettable milestone for our staff.
💎 Brendan Gryg Named National Finalist for Customer Service Excellence
The celebrations didn’t stop there! Our very own third-generation jeweller, Brendan Gryg, has been named a national finalist for the 2026 Jewellery Industry Awards in the highly competitive Customer Service Excellence category.
Following the break-in, our team had to operate for six long months behind boarded-up timber with just a small opening in the door. Despite the cramped, disrupted conditions, Brendan made sure that our signature, highly personalized service never wavered.
