DELIVERY & POSTAGE

Allow 5 days for delivery of in-stock items. You will be notified of any items that are out of stock and of their expected delivery date. These items will be placed on back order if requested.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

We use Australia Post, Australian Air Express or Fedex. Allgem Jewellers will not be held liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by these companies.

You will receive an order summary and reference number via email as soon as you have placed your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not perfectly happy with your choice of purchase, please return the goods to us in their original and unused condition within 7 days of receipt for an exchange*.

*Goods that are returned in a condition other than their original and unused condition, or after the 7 day period will not be accepted.

Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds for customers that change their minds about an item, and will only allow one free exchange of goods. Any further exchanges will incur a charge for re-stocking and handling of $25. . Postage and handling of products is not refundable and an additional delivery fee will be applied for all exchanged items.

Let us know the reason for returning the goods and what you would like the goods exchanged for. For your protection we suggest that you send your goods back via Express Post with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
