Endangered Wildlife The new trilogy Endangered Wildlife has finally arrived!
Three fascinating animals will be presented in the new Swarovski Crystal Society (SCS) Trilogy Endangered Wildlife 2008-2010. They are all rich with emotion and universal symbolism.
The first of these to be portrayed in the new trilogy are the Pandas. Three panda bears plus the title plaque form the basis of the exclusive SCS collection for 2008. The Annual Edition 2008 Pandas comprises two unique, jewel-inspired figurines in faceted crystal with exceptional brilliance. The two pandas are created in clear and Black Diamond faceted crystal, with Jet crystal eyes. Mother panda is presented with a matt crystal bamboo accent. The mother and cub pandas are two separate pieces that can be displayed together or individually.

In addition to Mother and baby Panda, SCS members may purchase the cute little companion panda holding a stock of frosted crystal bamboo, to go with their 2008 SCS annual edition Mother and Baby set!
Also, available is a cute Panda Charm Bracelet, A bracelet and two charms available to SCS members. Start your collection with the Panda and Bamboo charm, they are only available during 2008. Each year two new charms will follow, you could alternatively wear the charms as a pendant with the enclosed black cord.
This new trilogy returns to offering one annual edition limited to the year of issue and in one color version only!
2008 onward, the SCS is joining the company's mission on education. With the purchase of SCS membership pieces, Swarovski will contribute to a cause very dear to their company. In 2008 the SCS has a great story to tell.
The Panda bear is the Official Mascot for the 2008 Olympic games in Beijing China. It is also a symbol of the animal protection movement. SCS initiative water for nature -Living Yangtze: Conservation to improve the management of water resources along the natural habitat along the Yangtze River China. One area along this river is the natural habitat of the Panda Bears. Heinz Tabertshofer, the designer, captures the essence of the Panda and expresses it in his crystal design.
